The terms
We sell a floor, not a promise about one particular stone.
Diamonds move through here in volume. Rather than photograph each one and charge for the privilege of choosing it, we guarantee the minimum you will receive and let the variance run upward. Nobody else states it this plainly, which is a comment on the trade rather than on the stones.
- Size
- At least the carat you ordered, and up to 10% more. Never under. A 1.00 ct order can arrive as 1.10 ct at the same price.
- Clarity
- VS1 at worst. Stones frequently grade VVS2 or VVS1, and we do not charge the difference.
- Color
- D to F on every white stone. Fancy yellow, pink, blue and green are graded fancy or better.
- Cut and report
- The cut you selected, graded Excellent or above, with its IGI or GIA report in the box.
The whole price list
Carat × rate. There is no second number.
No color surcharge, no clarity ladder, no certificate fee. A three carat costs exactly three times a one carat, which is not how the trade normally prices weight. Free insured delivery, signature required, on every order.

If it is not the stone for you
Ask us for a return authorization within 30 days. We email a prepaid, insured label the same day. Send the stone back with its grading report, in the condition it arrived.
Once it is back and verified, we refund the full purchase price. The only thing you are out is the cost of that return label, which we deduct from the refund. No restocking fee, no handling charge, no argument.
